At Complete Property Services we take pride in our ability to successfully manage very technical and demanding projects in which late delivery is unacceptable. In our 25 year history CPS has never missed a completion date due to issues within our control. Our ability to say this is based in the tight management controls and training that we have in place throughout our company. We have ingrained it in our people that we are the ones that have made the agreement to complete the project within the approved budget, and by the desired time frame. To ensure this, each project is managed by one of the three principle executive members of the company. This means that the project manager has a significant vested interest in ensuring that the project runs in an efficient and profitable manner while maintaining a constant focus on customer satisfaction. In addition all projects are reviewed during the weekly management meetings to make sure all projects are staff properly and remain on schedule.

Any and all subcontractors that are utilized by Complete Property Services are researched extensively, and almost exclusively referred to us by other trusted contractors. Our current list of subcontractors has worked for us for an average of 10 years or more. Due to our excellent working relationship with our existing subcontractors, and the volume of business we have performed with each subcontractor, this greatly limits problems which may arise that have impact on the end customer.

The key procedure for insuring quality projects under tight time frames is in the performance of in-depth project planning and pre-project planning in which we address the potential problems we may encounter, and determine a way to correct them prior to their actual occurrence. All planning is performed during our weekly management meetings in which all project managers, and company executives meet to discuss the existing projects along with the upcoming projects. This meeting allows everyone to be on the same page, and greatly enhances our ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously regardless of the urgency of each project. With proper planning and constant open communication we are structured to handle multiple projects at any one time, with great success.
