Hyatt Development has contracted Complete Property Services to remodel all of the Guestrooms, Baths, Casitas, VIP Suites, and the Presidential Suite @ the Hyatt Gainey Ranch & Spa. 

This multimillion dollar renovation will start in April 2008 and will be completed in October 2008.  The renovation includes a complete remodel of the Guestrooms by adding all new custom furnishings along with 37” LCD televisions.  The bathrooms will be completely redesigned with showers replacing the tubs in most rooms, new tile on walls and floors along with custom stone vanities.
